Production time
Our products are made to order. Most items take 2-7 business days to produce before they ship. Production time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery time
United States: 3-7 business days after shipment
International: 10-20 business days after shipment
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing can extend them.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Orders shipping within the United States with a subtotal over $75 ship free.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. If an order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
